Our Policies

Return and Exchange Policy

We will gladly return or exchange any non-clearance goods with tags still attached and accompanying receipt for store credit or alternative wears within 14 days of purchase.

Product Warranty

We warranty all goods 30 days from purchase with accompanying receipt. Pilgrim jewellery and Spin Rings have lifetime warranties.

Anti Bullying Policy

Off the Hook is a safe space and will not tolerate bullying in the boutique for our clients and staff. We consider the following types of behaviour examples of bullying:

Verbal bullying: Slandering, ridiculing or maligning a person or his or her family; persistent name-calling that is hurtful, insulting or humiliating; using a person as the butt of jokes; abusive and offensive remarks.
Physical bullying: Pushing, shoving, kicking, poking, tripping, assault or threat of physical assault, damage to a person’s personal property.
Gesture bullying: Nonverbal gestures that can convey threatening messages.
Exclusion: Socially or physically excluding or disregarding a person in shopping related activities.
